On a 100 km journey, you’ll lose about 10 minutes by going 100 km/h as opposed to 120 km/h, but you will save a lot of fuel.

Drive Smoothly. The other thing you can do is drive in a more linear fashion. Try to be as smooth as possible with the accelerator and the brakes. Driving smoothly is one of the best and most efficient ways of lowering fuel consumption in your Audi.

Use Efficiency Mode. Your Audi comes with multiple driving modes through the Audi Drive Select system. Depending on your vehicle, you may have an Efficiency mode which is designed to help you drive more efficiently. In other words, when you put your Audi vehicle in this particular mode, you are adjusting the various parameters of your Audi in order to facilitate efficient driving. Audi says Efficiency mode reduces fuel consumption by about 20% which isn’t insignificant.

Mind Your Tires. You will also want to check out your tires and make sure that they are still in good condition and that they are inflated properly. Your tires play a huge role in the fuel consumption of your vehicle, so you want to make sure that they are in perfect condition.

Remove Those Accessories. Last but not least, you might want to consider removing unnecessary accessories such as roof boxes, trailer hitches, or anything that can increase the drag coefficient or the weight of your Audi.
