Audi Care Plan Details

  • Eligibility: Purchase Audi Care at the time of your new vehicle purchase or within 2 years or 30,000 kilometers from the vehicle's original in-service date.

  • Duration: Maintenance services must be completed within 7 years of the vehicle's original in-service date.

  • Authorized Service: All maintenance must be performed at an authorized Audi dealer.

  • Geographical Validity: Plans are only valid in the country of purchase.

  • Non-Transferable: Audi Care plans cannot be transferred to another vehicle and are non-refundable. Audi Care is registered to the VIN number, so it can be transferred to a new owner of a vehicle with existing Audi Care.
