What measures are being taken to limit the spread and ensure the health of our Employees and Customers?
We continue to follow Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) guidelines in taking proactive steps to protect our employees and customers. We provide alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout the workplace and in common areas including showroom and service areas. Additional cleaning and disinfection schedules have been implemented for frequently touched surfaces, such as door handles, railings, steering wheels, workstations, and touch screens. COVID-19 preventive guidelines are posted and distributed to all employees and can be found in dealership common areas. We respect our customers and practice social distancing by maintain a 6-ft distance as well as modifying our processes to incorporate several no-contact practices including limiting payments by credit and debit cards only. Our staff will also be wearing protective equipment for their own and your personal safety and will continue to place protective seat and steering wheel covers in your vehicle. We ask our customers to be responsible with their decisions to visit our dealership and respectful to our staff who continue to make themselves available for your convenience under these special circumstances.

Do I have to come in person to purchase a vehicle?
No, you do not have to physically visit our dealership to purchase your vehicle of interest. I have already purchased a vehicle, will I still be able to pick up?
Most recent government orders may affect the ability for you to take delivery of your purchased vehicle.  Please contact our Sales team at (416) 961-2834 or email us at info@auditoronto.ca and we will assist accordingly to advise you.  Please note our vehicle delivery process has changed to meet the COVID-19 guidelines which limit contact and maintain distance as a measure to protect you and our employees from any risk.  Virtual vehicle tutorials can be arranged in lieu of in-person demonstrations at this time.

What are the precautions while my car is at service or maintenance?
Prior returning your vehicle, we disinfect and sanitize your vehicle after being serviced. Please note we have temporarily removed the option to wait for your vehicle while it is being serviced.  We are accepting payment by credit or debit card only. Can I book for future service appointment?

Please note with our reduced hours (Monday to Friday 9am-4pm), our Service department will be closed temporarily on Saturday until further notice and appointment requests will be managed based on our availability and capacity to provide you with the level of service you have come to expect from us.
